Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You can switch from within your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Your 7-day Pro trial gives you full Pro-level access with no payment required. When it ends, choose any plan to continue or let access expire — there are no automatic charges.

Add-ons are billed monthly on top of your base plan. You can add or remove them anytime from your account settings. Each add-on lists which plans it is available for.

No. There are zero setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges on any plan. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription price plus any add-ons you choose.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice or ACH transfer.

Absolutely. If you have more than 15 seats or need custom integrations, SLAs, or white-label deployment, contact our sales team and we will build a plan tailored to your organization.

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime — you retain access until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days. After that, you can cancel and your access continues until the annual term ends.

Starter and Pro each include 1 seat. Pro can add extra seats at $25/seat/mo. Agency includes 5 seats at $25/seat/mo for extras. Enterprise includes 15 seats at $20/seat/mo for extras. Each seat gives a team member full access to every feature in the plan.
