Every plan includes a monthly email allowance (see the comparison table). One-time email and SMS packs are also available in billing settings.

Starter, Pro and Agency start with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. A payment card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the 7 days. Unless you cancel before day 8, your card is charged automatically on day 8 for the plan and billing period you chose. Trials are limited to one per person. Enterprise is set up with our sales team and has no self-serve trial.
Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. If a price changes, it applies from the first renewal after we notify you, and you can cancel before then.
You can cancel at any time online from Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
Monthly plans: cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period; monthly fees are non-refundable, including partly used periods. Annual plans: refundable within the first 30 days; after that you can cancel and keep access until the annual term ends, and the remaining term is not refunded. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
Existing subscribers change plans in the Stripe customer portal, reached from Settings → Billing.
Three ways: as a $69/month add-on to Pro and Agency; as the Agency + IUL Bundle at $349/month; or included in Enterprise. It is not available on Starter. It explains carrier illustrations and flags risks; it does not project returns or certify illustration rates.
