CoverAgent offers API-based integrations and supports bi-directional data sync. While AgencyZoom has deeper native AMS integrations today, our API approach means you can connect to any AMS. We are building native Epic and Hawksoft connectors for release in 2026.
Today, yes. AgencyZoom has a mature commission tracking module that we have not yet replicated. Commission tracking is on our roadmap. If commission tracking is your primary need, AgencyZoom is the better choice right now. For everything else — AI, compliance, funnels, coaching — CoverAgent leads.
Yes. Some agencies use AgencyZoom for commission tracking and AMS integration while using CoverAgent for lead generation, AI assistance, compliance, and coaching. Our API supports syncing contacts and policy data between both platforms.
