Cover Agent AI is a technology platform. It is not an insurance carrier, insurer, broker-dealer, or legal advisor. Use of the platform does not by itself create any employment, agency, or producer relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Certain features may be limited by plan level, state availability, third-party terms, or legal restrictions.

3. No Insurance, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

• Cover Agent AI is a technology platform and does not itself underwrite insurance products.
• Content, prompts, AI-generated outputs, training materials, calculators, and workflows are provided for general informational and operational purposes only.

4. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Use of any compliance-related tool, warning, disclaimer, template, or AI feature does not transfer legal responsibility from you to us.

If you choose to pursue contracting, onboarding support, or carrier access through Everest Wealth Builder LLC (Annapurna Insurance Solutions) or a related entity, that relationship is separate from your basic use of the Cover Agent AI software and may be governed by additional disclosures, applications, or agreements.

8. Fees, Trials, and Billing

• Paid features may require a subscription or separate fee.
• Free trials, if offered, are subject to the specific offer terms displayed at signup.
• We may change pricing or packaging prospectively.
• Subscriptions renew according to the billing cadence selected at signup until canceled.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, government fees, or similar charges unless otherwise stated.

9. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel subject to the billing terms presented at signup.

• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
